Brinkerhoff Environmental Services, Inc., a New Jersey based firm, was founded in 1989 by its current President, Laura A. Brinkerhoff. Ms. Brinkerhoff is a Certified Professional Geologist with more than 25 years of experience in the field of site investigation and environmental remediation. The firm is focused on the preservation of open space, revitalization of urban communities, and redevelopment of environmentally safe public buildings. The firm manages soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory compliance, UST closures, lead-based paint assessments, and comprehensive asbestos-containing material management plans. Brinkerhoff's staff is certified by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and maintains OSHA certifications.

The firm is also certified as a Woman Business Enterprise/Small Business Enterprise (WBE/SBE) by the US Small Business Administration and most public agencies in the State of New Jersey.
