Much of New Jersey is situated along water bodies and coastal areas. Therefore, wetlands, environmentally sensitive areas and endangered species may come into consideration during a new development or a redevelopment project. The identification of these types of issues should be done in the early phases of a project because limitations on the "buffer zones" or distances that development can occur nearby may be a significant factor.

Brinkerhoff Environmental offers wetland delineation, permitting, mitigation and monitoring, and will obtain legal verification concerning the presence, absence, and extent of wetlands on a site for the protection of our clients.
